Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:
Blue Collar Weaponry reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, at any time, for any reason.

Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel orders with Blue Collar Weaponry before shipment. However, cancellations are only permitted before any item has shipped if an order is financed through a third-party service (such as Credova). Once an item ships, cancellations are no longer allowed, and the customer must follow the return procedure.

Financed Orders:
For orders financed through Credova, cancellations are only possible before shipment and must apply to the entire order—partial cancellations are not allowed.

Cancellation Requests:
Customers must contact our Customer Service team at (239) 491-2032 or via email with the order number provided to request an order cancellation. Our team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Post-Shipment Cancellations:
Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, customers must proceed with a return, and return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Finality of Cancellations:
Canceled orders are final and cannot be reversed. All cancellations, once processed, are permanent.

Gift Cards:
Sales of gift cards are final and are not eligible for refunds.


Company Cancellations

Occasionally, Blue Collar Weaponry may need to cancel an order or part of an order for various reasons. In these instances, customers will receive a refund or gift card for the amount of the canceled items.

Return Policy

General Return Guidelines

Except for items marked as nonreturnable or otherwise specified below, Blue Collar Weaponry will accept returns within 14 DAYS of the date the item was received, provided the item is either defective or unused, and in resalable condition (i.e., no signs of wear, use, or damage). Returns are eligible for either a replacement (if available) or a refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping and handling costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Return Conditions:
Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, accessories, and paperwork included. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in resalable condition.

Return Merchandise Form (RMA):
To process a return, customers must contact Blue Collar Weaponry Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back. A completed Return Merchandise Form must be included with the returned items for processing. If a Return Merchandise Form is missing or incomplete, the return will not be processed, and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.

Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be issued, or a refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. A gift card will be issued if the original payment method is unavailable.

Firearm Transfers:
Customers must inspect all firearms carefully before having them transferred to their possession. Blue Collar Weaponry cannot accept returns on firearms (including lower receivers and frames) transferred to the customer’s selected FFL dealer unless there is a defect or performance issue. The customer should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support if a defect is discovered after the transfer.

FFL Transfer Fees:
Customers are responsible for any FFL transfer fees on returned items, including cases where a background check has failed.


Nonreturnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • Firearms (including frames and lower receivers) not manufactured by Blue Collar Weaponry that have been transferred to the customer’s possession
  • Any blemished or “Blem” firearms, frames, or receivers
  • Used (fired) firearms, frames, or receivers
  • Ammunition and ammunition components
  • Blank cartridges
  • Used, worn, or washed clothing

If you receive any of these items incorrectly, please contact Customer Service for assistance. The customer should contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim if a defect is found in any of these nonreturnable items.


Firearm Reshipments

If your firearm, lower receiver, or frame cannot be delivered to your FFL dealer, it will be returned to Blue Collar Weaponry. You can reship the order or request a refund (subject to a restocking fee). Blue Collar Weaponry will only reship the order once. If the second shipment attempt fails, the order will be refunded (less a restocking fee).

Firearm Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee of $50 applies to each non-defective firearm, lower receiver, or frame returned. If two or more firearms are returned in a single order, the maximum restocking fee is $100.


Repairs

To initiate a repair for any Blue Collar Weaponry product, customers must complete a Return Merchandise Form and submit it with the product. Please visit our Help Center to access the repair request form and follow the instructions provided.


Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks

We monitor returns carefully and reserve the right to take appropriate action to prevent fraud and abuse, including limiting or refusing returns. Blue Collar Weaponry may dispute any chargebacks and reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who cancel orders through chargebacks.

Order Restrictions

At Blue Collar Weaponry, we only ship firearms to valid FFL Dealers. Please note that firearms cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to be fully aware of their state laws regarding firearm transfers. We strongly encourage you to contact your local FFL dealer with questions about the sale or transfer of firearms. Before placing an order, contact your chosen FFL dealer to verify their transfer fees and confirm they will accept the firearm transfer on your behalf. Blue Collar Weaponry is not liable for any costs or issues arising from returning firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.

Eligibility for Firearm Orders:
To order firearms like handguns, stockless shotguns, complete AR or AK receivers, or stripped lower receivers, customers must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a legal resident of the state in which the order is placed.
  • Be 21 or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.

Exceptions for Military Personnel:
Active military personnel stationed out of state may purchase firearms across state lines. Please contact your FFL to verify that they will accept the transfer and to determine if additional proof of deployment or residency is required.

FFL Selection Process:
During checkout, you will be prompted to select an FFL Shipping Option. Please note that this selection is for your convenience and does not automatically mean Blue Collar Weaponry has that FFL on file. You may be asked to provide the FFL information you wish to use. You will incur additional shipping costs if you wish to change the FFL after the order has shipped. If your selected FFL is unavailable at delivery, the package will not be held by the carrier and will be returned to Blue Collar Weaponry, incurring additional shipping charges.


Sale Restrictions

Blue Collar Weaponry complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale of firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, and related accessories. The restrictions listed here are not intended as legal advice, and we make no representations about the legality of any items in specific jurisdictions.

Customer Responsibility:
When purchasing items from Blue Collar Weaponry, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. We strongly advise that customers independently verify the legality of their purchase and intended use in their local area.

Acknowledgment and Certification:
By purchasing any items from Blue Collar Weaponry, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • The customer has verified that the item is legally purchased and used in their jurisdiction.
  • The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Blue Collar Weaponry and its affiliates harmless from any liability, claims, or legal consequences resulting from the customer’s purchase, ownership, possession, or use of the purchased items.

Failure to comply with relevant laws can lead to severe legal penalties. If you are unsure about an item’s legal status in your area, please consult a qualified attorney or local law enforcement before completing a purchase.

Blue Collar Weaponry does not ship merchandise to the following locations:

  • Chicago
  • Massachusetts
  • Washington D.C.
  • Puerto Rico
  • California

Shipping Restrictions

Firearm Shipments:
All firearms will be shipped directly to the premise address on the FFL license unless a request is made to ship to the mailing address. The FFL license will be validated through FFL EZ Check and must match exactly to avoid delays or cancellations. The dealer is responsible for ensuring Blue Collar Weaponry has an updated copy of the FFL license on file.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We do not ship any firearms, ammunition, or third-party items (drop-ship items) to P.O. Boxes.

Alaska and Hawaii:
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require freight forwarding.
